4. Intended Use

5. Pricing & Billing

• FinSight requires a single, upfront purchase price of $4.99 (USD, pricing may vary by region)

Lifetime Access:

• This single fee unlocks full, permanent access to all existing tools, calculators, summaries, and insights

No Subscriptions:

• There are no recurring monthly charges, hidden maintenance fees, or additional in-app purchases

Apple Billing:

• All transactions are securely processed and managed directly through Apple App Store Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Purchase Restoration:

• If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your purchase through the App Store using your Apple ID

15. Indemnification

For users who download FinSight from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and AKAB Technologies LLC, not Apple

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App

• You agree to comply with Apple's Terms of Service and Usage Rules
